Marinko Barjaktarović, director of the NGO “North Land” and Miodrag Karadzic, director of the NGO “Association of Young Ecologistsof Niksic” project partners on “Network Environment with the objective of sustainable development”, attended Regional training on access to justice in Sarajevo. Training for representatives of civil society organizations from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia was held on November 16 – 17, 2017, organized by the Regional Environmental Center for Central and
Eastern Europe (REC).

Participants learned on the rights and opportunities of access to justice under the Aarhus Convention and national legislation. During the training, the participants were able to discuss and practice the strategies and methods of preparation and implementation of administrative and judicial proceedings.
The training uesd case studies to present the most problematic issues related to access to justice in environmental matters, relevant to the participating countries.

The project ” Environmental Networking towards Sustainable Development ” implemented by NGO “North Land” with the project partners: NGO “Center for Bird Protection and Study of Montenegro” and the NGO “Association of Young Ecologists”, which is supported by CO SEED project, funded by the European Union through the Instrument for civil society and the media.
