Focus group in Andrijevica

The North Land organized a focus group meeting in Andrijevica with the aim of raising public awareness on the protection of brown bear and conducting a survey relevant to the topic.
Participation in the work of the focus group was taken by the representatives of hunting association, Andrijevica Municipality, Komovi Nature Park, Tourist Organization and NGO sector.
We believe that with good discussion we have improved the cooperation between NGOs North Land and relevant local actors in Andrijevica in order to raise awareness about the protection of brown bear.
This activity was realized within the program “Protected areas for nature and people”, which Parks Dinarides realized in cooperation with the World Fund for Nature Protection Adria.
